All subscription services (e.g., Buffalo Milk delivery) are billed in advance on a weekly or monthly basis as chosen at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site.
We aim to deliver all products in a timely manner. Our standard delivery times for Elite Mart and Farm Milk are detailed on our respective service pages. By accepting delivery of any product, you acknowledge it arrives in good condition unless noted at delivery.
The site and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Elite Agro Foods and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Elite Agro Foods.
In no event will Elite Agro Foods be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
